Who handles your information

Pavan, the lead tutor behind Vector Tuition, uses the information you send through this website to manage tutoring enquiries and review feedback. To ask a question about your information, email pavansinghnijar@outlook.com, call 07495 740601 or use the enquiry form.

What the forms collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email, whether you are a parent or adult student, the subject or course, any exam board/provider and level/route you choose to include, the package you are interested in and your message. The review form collects a first name, email, relationship and the review itself, together with your permission to publish. Submissions also include a reference number, submission time and a short-lived rotating identifier used to limit repeated submissions.

Please do not submit payment-card details, medical records, a child’s full name, school address or other sensitive information. If the student is under 18, a parent or carer should make the enquiry.

Why it is used

Your enquiry details are used to respond to your request and discuss possible tuition. They are not used for a mailing list or sold to advertisers. Separate permission is requested to publish a review; your email is never part of the public review. You can withdraw that publication permission by contacting Pavan.

Storage and access

Form responses are stored in the website’s hosted database. They are available to the site owner and the service providers needed to run and maintain the website. The public site does not provide access to enquiry records or unpublished reviews. The course finder, package finder and sample teaching materials keep choices only while the page is open; course details are stored only if you include them in a submitted enquiry. Official resource links open external awarding-body or education websites. Calling or texting uses your device’s phone or messaging app. This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting provider may process connection and security information to operate the service.

Keeping and removing information

Enquiry information is kept while the enquiry is being handled and for any agreed ongoing tuition administration. Reviews are kept while permission to use them remains in place. Ask Pavan to review information that is no longer needed, correct an error, provide a copy or remove a review. Any relevant record-keeping requirements will be explained when responding to a removal request.

You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Enquiries, booking and payment

Sending an enquiry does not confirm availability or reserve a lesson. Prices displayed are the total for the described service: £50 for a two-hour diagnostic and first lesson or a recurring two-hour session, £200 for four two-hour sessions and £150 for three two-hour exam-preparation sessions. There is no automatic renewal and this website takes no payments.

Recurring students receive homework support, replies to learning queries and study guidance between lessons at no extra cost while regular lessons are active. The contact channel is agreed before tuition begins; for under-18s, contact arrangements are confirmed with a parent or carer. Replies fit around teaching and university commitments, and substantial new topics may need lesson time. Lesson times, course coverage, payment and cancellation arrangements are agreed before a booking is confirmed. In-person tuition depends on location and availability.

Learning and safeguarding

The diagnostic is a tutoring baseline, not a formal educational, medical or psychological assessment. Teaching is adapted to the learner and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. A parent or carer arranges tuition for under-18s; communication and lesson arrangements should remain appropriate to that role. Pavan is enhanced DBS checked. Vector Tuition is an independent tutoring service and is not affiliated with Durham University or an exam board.
